There are some precautions to consider when using Zhuji springs. Each spring has different specifications and must not be interchanged. The design and production of these springs adhere to very strict size requirements, and the relevant usage values have been precisely analyzed. Mixing them will affect the spring's performance; not only should they not be mixed, but they also cannot be arbitrarily modified.
The selection of the spring seat hole and the center shaft diameter is crucial for the normal use of the spring. It plays a fixing and guiding role for the spring. Insufficient guiding length can lead to bending and tilting of the spring. In normal use, the guiding length of the spring needs to be more than half of its free length to ensure accurate spring force control.
When installing the spring on the upper and lower mounting surfaces, the upper and lower surfaces must be kept parallel, and the joints and end faces must be flush. Springs that have been shortened or processed also need to maintain parallel upper and lower surfaces. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that there are no impurities in the spring, as this will damage the spring's elasticity.
