Analysis of the causes of uncontrolled spring mechanical production

Various different spring machinery can produce different springs. During use, occasional mechanical runaway may occur. When such situations arise, analysis should be conducted from the following aspects.
1: Power Supply Issues
Check if there are any power interruptions, short circuits, or connection interruptions in the connected circuits.
2: Control Program Errors
Control program errors generally lead to the inability of the machinery to start normally. If spring size problems occur repeatedly during spring production, then it is necessary to check if there are errors in the control program.
3: Connection Terminal Issues
Problems with various control lines, connecting lines, and terminals of the spring machinery can cause the entire machine to run out of control.
4: Spring Material Issues
The density and hardness of some spring raw materials exceed the operating parameters of the spring machinery, causing the spring machinery to be unable to perform normal production work, and the bearings in the machinery may become jammed.
5: Lack of Proper Maintenance of Mechanical Equipment
Spring machinery needs to be maintained at regular intervals. When maintenance is not performed for a long time, the relevant lubricating oil cannot be produced normally, the friction between bearings will cause malfunctions, and occasional mechanical runaway may occur.
6: Environmental Factors
Excessive temperature or vibration during the startup or operation of the spring machinery can cause abnormal motor control. Older equipment may experience this problem.
